Mexican American Chef Hugo Cortez is a faithful employee who started @ Hollywood Caterers at a very young age, working his way through the ranks to become one of our most requested chefs. He is a HSI Production favorite and just finished his 3rd season on Saving Grace, making the Breakfast & Lunch a daily favorite event on set. Specializing in Asian, American, Italian & Mexican Cuisine.

Currently working in Miami Florida on the television series "The Glades"

American Cuban Mexican Chef Tony Garcia has 15 years of experience and specialize in Asian, American, Sushi & Seafood, Cuban, Mexican,Mediterranean& Italian. Chef Tony is also a fantastic wedding & event planner. Chef Tony has done over 60 wedding, over 100 reality shows including being the head chef for 7 seasons on Dancing with the stars., Catered The Prime Time Emmy`s 2 years in a row Incl. the Green Rooms. The Daytime Emmy`s this year and multiple other special events.

After working as an assistant chef under Chef Franck Pelluchon for several years, Chef Ruben has made a name for himself in the cooking world by creating fun & healthy new menus. He specialties is Healthy California, Mexican, Asian & Italian Cuisine.
