Luis Moreno has been in the food industry since 1999.
Starting out doing craftservice for about a year, then as a Salad Chef for various Catering Comanies in Los Angeles and then being the Head Chef for Hollywood Caterers for a few years.
Luis started his own craft service company in 2009, while working part time as a chef.
Luis and staff are fully trained in the culinary field and holds a valid foodhandler certificate.
